State Farm Agent Remote Account Manager
Are you naturally outgoing, energetic and customer focused? Looking to expend on your sales career or enhance your professional skills? Searching for a job that's personally and financially rewarding?
Our successful office is seeking to expand and is looking for another fully remote sales assistant! The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, enthusiastic, smart, highly motivated, experienced with State Farm Insurance and located in California, Arizona, Nevada or Oregon. We understand that it takes time to develop the proper skills and understanding, to excel in this field and we'd like to help foster your short & long-term career goals. This position has potential to grow into an insurance and financial services specialist.
Specific duties include but are not limited to
- Speaking with clients by phone, email, text
- Scheduling and conducting client appointments
- Processing new applications, changes to current policies and payments
- Help maintain high retention rate by building strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Taking on additional higher-level tasks as new skills and knowledge are acquired
Requirements
- Five or more years of State Farm Agency Experience
- Property & Casualty and Life licensed in the U.S.
- Must be available 9:00am-5:00pm PST Monday - Friday
- An upbeat, positive, enthusiastic and coachable attitude
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively with a team
- Experience that demonstrates strong cross-selling and sales skills
- Ability to meet expectations with minimal supervision
- Excellent writing, speaking and professional communication skills
- Previous Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience

This is a remote position.
Compensation $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
